SEFERS - Freelance consultant
SEFERS is a French company specializing in the manufacture and installation of custom metal closures. They asked me to act as a technical consultant to support them and their service provider in the complete migration to a more modern ERP: Odoo.
Technical and functional intermediary : I act as an interface between the company and the service provider in charge of development, translating business needs into clear, comprehensible specifications.
Coordinating exchanges : I facilitate communication between the parties involved, ensuring that the deliverables are in line with the expectations and objectives defined by the company.
Strategic support : Thanks to my expertise in the tech sector, I can provide strategic support to ensure the success of this essential transition.
PRECOGS – Senior Software Engineering
SaaS designed to modernize the supply chain for electronic components [RFQ, Shortage, Excess]. The project consisted of a user interface and an administrative platform.
Development of new features: I designed, developed and integrated the Excess functionality, working closely with a domain expert to meet the specific needs of the sector.
Architectural overhaul: I contributed to the complete overhaul of the technical architecture, significantly improving SaaS performance while modernizing its technology stack to improve scalability and maintainability.
Migration of existing features: I helped orchestrate the migration of all existing features to the new platform, ensuring minimal disruption and consistent performance.
WEEFIN – Vice President of Engineering
SaaS dedicated to integrating sustainability into financial investments through centralized ESG data management and compliant reporting.
Methodologies and organization: I implemented a working strategy inspired by agile methodologies, extended to the entire workflow, and introduced the concept of feature teams to improve collaboration between departments. In addition, I set up a system enabling product managers to better align functionalities and deadlines by integrating technical constraints, while actively contributing to the development of OKRs.
Team management: In partnership with the CTO, I took care of the distribution of technical responsibilities (he focused on the backend, I on the frontend), participated in the recruitment of technical, design and product teams, and conducted regular one-to-one interviews with developers to ensure individual and close support.
Certifications and reporting: I supported the company's certification efforts, oversaw meetings related to a new reporting project and coordinated progress updates to ensure that the tables reflected the evolution of ongoing tasks.
Streamlining processes: My aim was to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows between specification and feature deployment, to ensure an optimal and efficient process.
FLOWIE – Founding team
SaaS designed to simplify and optimize the management of purchasing, payments, sales and treasury processes.
I initiated the project alongside the current CTO, Yann Ravel-Sibillot, whom I met when he was CTO at NotSoDark :
Project definition: I designed the first user flows, defined the MVP, and oversaw the implementation of the first working methodologies while creating the first wireframes and establishing some of the first technical foundations.
Company identity: I contributed to the development of Flowie's identity, helping to create the logo, color palette and brand name.
Strategic support: For the first few months, I actively worked on Flowie in my spare time, helping to structure the project for presentations to investors and the BPI, and facilitating the fund-raising efforts led by my partner.
NUMBERLY – Tech lead & Product manager
Complete suite of SaaS tools (Numberly MarTech Platform) dedicated to the management and optimization of marketing campaigns, including e-mail and web page creation, data management, reporting and real-time performance tracking.
Development of main tools: I designed and integrated the drag-and-drop interface (DNDEditor) for creating emails and web pages from scratch. I defined the wireframes, MVP, and implemented the front-end as well as part of the back-end (Node.js, MJML engine). This project had a significant impact, transforming internal workflows and helping to win major contracts with customers such as SNCF and Fnac.
Technical supervision: I led the teams involved in the development of DNDEditor and trained staff in the creation of MJML components for e-mail templates. In addition, I contributed to the creation of a front-end guild to align teams on best practices and promote knowledge sharing.
Process optimization: I implemented adapted agile methodologies, introduced a git flow and worked on standardizing deployments and versions. I also set up a technical documentation system using VuePress for certain tools.
Product collaboration: I contributed to the revision of specification writing, ensuring that test plans were systematically integrated and establishing automated tests, while training teams in testing methodologies.
Knowledge sharing and training: At annual TechAway events, I presented topics such as automated testing, the inner workings of the MJML engine and development methodologies, while writing articles to enhance the team's knowledge.
OPPSCIENCE – Senior Front End & Product
SaaS dedicated to big data management and analysis, transforming scattered information into actionable insights thanks to a unified platform integrating artificial intelligence and advanced decision support tools.

Automated testing: During this experience, I realized the importance of automated testing. I helped set them up using Protractor, improving the reliability and quality of deliverables.
Application modernization: I helped designing applications with a component-based architecture, despite the limitations of early versions of Angular. I also divided up SaaS responsibilities by separating administrative management, visual customization and the user-rewarding component, in order to better meet growing needs and improve maintainability.
Collaboration with major players: I've worked on campaigns for well-known clients such as McDonald’s (including the Monopoly campaign), collaborating closely with industry leaders such as Google.
YOUMAG – Front End Developer
A suite of SaaS solutions dedicated to the editorial creation and personalization of digital content: one tool for journalists to create editorials and manage users, and another for users to create their own personalized digital newspapers.
Early adoption of JS frameworks: I contributed to the integration of BackboneJS, one of the first JavaScript frameworks for SPA applications, bringing MVC structure to front-end architectures previously dominated by Vanilla JS and jQuery. This decision improved the maintainability of the applications.
Initial Product Management experience: When redesigning the administration interface, we developed a system inspired by an operating system, with wireframes created in Adobe Illustrator, and explored the use of websockets to meet the challenges of collaborative working for journalists.
Development of two SaaS platforms: I worked on the journalists interface, enabling editorial and user management, as well as on the user platform providing customizable digital newspapers.
Monitoring technological advances: Fascinated by the work of Jeremy Ashkenas, creator of BackboneJS, I closely followed his contributions to influential technologies such as CoffeeScript (precursor of modern ECMAScript) and Underscore.js, which inspired the popular Lodash library.

Have you got this far?
Let me tell you what I dreamed of before I entered the professional world. Like many young people, I wanted to become a video game designer. Self-taught, I trained on software like 3DS Max, and at the age of 16, I asked my parents for a 3D engine. They gave me a box called 3D Game Creator, a tool that enabled me to start coding in DarkBasic.
It was at this point that I realized just how complex and demanding the creation of a game really was. I started writing scenarios, learned piano to compose music, explored game design and discovered Flash and ActionScript for animations. This gradually steered me towards the web, with the idea of starting there before one day returning to my dream of creating my own video game.
